The 2025 Free For All  is the opportunity for boys in grades 8th - 12th to play intramural lacrosse at Embrey Mill Sports Complex before the spring season begins.  Players will sign up as individuals, and the coaches will conduct a draft the evening prior to the event. The morning of 1 February, all teams will have an hour to practice, then compete against each of the other 3 teams. (Coaches will NOT know which team they will be assigned to during the draft, so the teams will be built evenly. Coaches will be assigned prior to practice on the morning of 1 Feb)  Registration costs $35. US Lacrosse registration and a complete set of equipment is required to participate.  ( Note: For safety reason, 8th and 9th grade boys are required to play on the JV rosters.  Coaches will assign 10th graders to rosters based on ability, and 11th and 12th are required to play on the Varsity rosters. )
